The Traditional Buffet
The Traditional Dinner Buffet is your basic buffet package.
Included in the package is one choice of one of the following Exhibition displays: The Crisper (Vegetable Display), The Seasonal (Fruit Display), the Salad Station. Also included are a choice of two entrees and one choice of starch.
The price is determined by the choice of station below.

For a buffet with some extra choices, try the Lake Vargo’s Buffet.
Included in the package are one choice of any Exhibition displays or the Salad Station, a choice of two entrees and and two choices of starch,
and also a Tenderloin Carvery Requires a $150.00 Chef Attendance fee.

Chicken Vargo’s – stuffed with spinach, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and mushrooms
