2009 BANQUET POLICIES

Room Rentals
Swan Room:
Seats up to 75 people, with a $500.00 room rental charge.
Club Room:
Seats up to 150 people, with a $800.00 room rental charge.
Main Dining:
Seats up to 250 people, with a $1,200.00 room rental charge.
Semi-Private Sections
of our Main Dining Room may be rented for exclusive use during regular business hours with a $200.00 room rental charge per section for parties over 20.

Food and Beverage Minimums

Club Room

Saturday 11am - 4pm
$4,000 $5,000
Saturday 6pm - 12am
$6,000 $10,000

(Room rentals, rental items, tax & service charges do not apply towards food and beverage minimums. Semi-private space not applicable.)

Service Charge:
A 20% service charge applies to all food and beverage purchases. The service charge will provide the necessary wait staff for a function, excluding chef attendants and cashiers.

Tax
An 8.25% Sales Tax is charged for all applicable items.

Booking an Event

A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is required on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Bookings.

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required Monday through Thursday.

A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required for semi private areas Monday through Sunday.

Receipt of deposit and a signed contract will confirm an event. All deposits will be applied towards the final bill.

Final Payment
The final payment is due by 4 pm on the Monday prior to the date of the function along with the guaranteed number of guests. We accept cash, cashier’s check, and all major credit cards. Sorry, no personal checks accepted.

The Gazebo
Gazebo use is included with most room rentals. White wooden chairs may be rented for outside seating.

Times for decoration and photo use are allowed for, but are not considered exclusive use.

Ceremony coordination is at the client’s discretion.

Banquet Menus
Banquet menus are designed for parties over 35 people.

Vargo's Provisions
Vargo’s provides event set up and breakdown, standard tables, chairs, linens, tableware and buffet implements for receptions. Vargo’s does not provide floral decorations, live entertainment or officiate services. The staff at Vargo’s is happy to recommend qualified vendors in these & other areas.

Vargo’s provides all food and beverage for banquet functions. For a service charge, some exceptions may be made for food approved items. No alcoholic beverage may be brought in or leave our establishment under any circumstances. All events at Vargo’s are allowed 4-5 hours. We request that all events end at 12am Midnight except for special arrangements with management.

Vargo’s is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

Valet Parking
Valet parking may be arranged at a client’s discretion at the cost of $100.00. If valet services are already offered, guests have the choice of choosing to valet park.
